Derry Scully

Principal, Scully Consulting

After 42 very enjoyable years with Linesight, I retired from my position as Group President in 2022 and established my own construction consultancy business, Scully Consulting. I now work part-time, providing strategic consultancy advice on major construction projects. I am also a non-executive Director with an Architectural practice and serve as a trustee with The Iveagh Trust housing charity.

Gavin Flynn

Director of Development Optimization and Risk Management

I work for IPI Partners, who are a Private Equity firm that specialize in the development of Digital Infrastructure. Although primarily focused on Hyperscale Data Center developments, we also support Edge Data Centers and backbone fiber infrastructure in certain metros. My role is to analyze the construction and development risks at the time of project underwriting and then striving to optimize our returns during the construction process.

Niamh Moore

Chief Marketing Officer

I am currently Chief Marketing Officer with Linesight and excited to share my story as part of this new alumni platform. In my current role I oversee a global team of marketing and bidding professionals located in Sydney, Singapore, London, Dublin, India and the Americas. Our team look after all things marketing including research, bidding, regional events, brand communications, employer brand, graphics and internal communications. I am delighted to work with such a great team of passionate and professional marketeers.

Claire O'Broin

Director of Global Branding

I am currently the Director of Global Branding at Linesight - I effectively oversee our brand presence around the world across multiple platforms and formats, from Graphics and Employer Branding to Digital. It's a broad area, but I love the variety, and relish the opportunity to create a really memorable and distinctive brand with my team!
